- We will action all fax requests within 12 working hours
- We will respond to emails within 3 working hours
- We will respond to Sprite2 referrals within 1 working day
- Stationery requests will be dealt with within 48 hours
- We will send you a monthly update detailing proposals waiting to go on risk
- Your commission will be paid into the nominated bank account on the 1st working day of each month, irrespective of the amount
- Once the policy is live, we will deal with your client direct on all matters, including claims
