What is the maximum property age I can insure with you?

What happens to my referred business?

In the event of a proposal referring, the case will be electronically delivered straight to our underwriters where it will be assessed there and then and in most cases, cover can be issued immediately. Our service standard for confirming cover and terms on referred proposals is 2 hours and we are able to ensure we operate within this service standard thanks to having the underwriting and policy issuing teams all based centrally in our Head Office.

How do I request confirmation of cover be sent to my client's solicitor?

We will automatically send duplicate policy documents to any solicitor that you note on the proposal. Our service standard for this is 48 hours from receipt of the policy. If you require urgent confirmation to be faxed to the solicitor, call our agent helpline on 0845 345 9650 and an adviser will happily fax confirmation within 2 hours of your call.

How do my clients go about making a claim on their household policy?

All claims are dealt with at our Head Office. Your clients simply need to give us a call on 0845 345 6800 where one of our trained advisers will log the claim over the phone, no claims forms are required.

I've got a query with my commission. Who should I call?

If you are directly authorised, please call out agency helpline on 0845 345 9650. If you are an appointed representative of one of our Network Partners, your first point of call should be your Network's commission department.
