Landlords will appreciate the standard FULL Accidental Damage for buildings in case of any mishaps, as well as up to 90 days unoccupancy terms if you get in touch with your support team.
The icing on the cake - FREE Contents cover for specified fixtures and fittings up to 7.5% of the Buildings sum insured. For a £200,000 buildings sum insured that £15,000 worth of free cover!
